We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to keep our shipping policy clear and simple so you know what to expect before you order.

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

During busier periods, especially from October to December, dispatch times may increase to 3–4 working days.

Any temporary changes to dispatch times will be updated on our website.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to the following UK regions:

  • UK Mainland

  • Scotland

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands and Isles

  • Channel Islands

  • Scilly Isles

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are based on the delivery region, parcel weight, and the shipping profiles set at checkout.

UK Mainland

  • Free shipping on orders of £40.00 and over

  • Standard (0–2kg): £3.59 — delivery in 2–4 business days

  • Standard over 2kg Mainland: £6.99 — delivery in 1–2 business days

Scotland and Northern Ireland

  • Standard (0–2kg): £3.99 — free for orders of £40.00 and over — delivery in 3–5 business days

  • Standard (2kg and over): £18.99 — free for orders of £80.00 and over — delivery in 3–5 business days

Delivery Methods

For UK Mainland:

  • Orders 0–2kg are usually sent via Royal Mail

  • Orders over 2kg are usually sent via APC

Royal Mail deliveries usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Orders sent via APC are usually booked on a next working day service after dispatch.

For Scotland and Northern Ireland:

  • Orders 0–2kg are usually sent via Royal Mail

  • Orders over 2kg may be sent via another courier service depending on the order

Delivery to these regions may take up to 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Highlands, Islands, and Remote Areas

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Isles, Channel Islands, and Scilly Isles may take longer than standard mainland delivery times.

Some heavier or larger parcels to remote areas may require a different courier service or additional handling time.

Large or Bulky Items

Large furniture, oversized, or bulky items may require a specialist delivery service such as pallet delivery.

If this applies to your order, we will contact you by email to arrange delivery.

Collection Orders

If you choose Collection at checkout, a £1 handling charge will apply to cover preparation and administration costs.

Small Order Fee

Orders containing less than £3 net of items will incur a £1.66 small order fee to help cover picking and packing costs.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or remote delivery locations.

Incorrect Address Details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
